ABOUT CORONADO

Homes were first built in Aliso Viejo in the early 1990's, and today has a population of about 35,000 residents. Aliso Viejo is known for it's great public schools, beautiful home and condo subdivisions in the rolling hills, low crime, clean air and close proximity to the coastal beach.

The Coronado subdivision was built starting in 1994 and is located in the city of Aliso Viejo, California. The Coronado tract consists of 233 condos that were built
 by John Laing Homes and includes a swimming pool, heated spa and a central greenbelt. This subdivision offers several floor plans as follows:

• Cabo (1) - 917 square feet, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 1 car garage.
 • Balboa (2) - 1099 square feet, 2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, 2 car garage.
 • Catalina (3) - 1054 square feet, 2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, 2 car garage.

The street names that comprise the Coronado tract are: Breakers Lane,  Carlsbad Lane,  Coronado Cay Lane,  Lido Lane,  and Shell Beach Lane.

The monthly assessment for the current fiscal year is $280.00 per unit per month.

When are my monthly assessments due?
Assessments are due on the 1st of each month and are considered late on the 15th.
Late payments received after the 15th of the month will receive a $15.00 late fee.
